Our way of working

In a nutshell

1. Phone consultation

In the phone conversation with a tactical investigator, you will discuss your case and advise you what is best to do. Is there reason to start an investigation? Then, at your request, we will schedule a consultation with you.

2. Delivery & reading a file

Before the consultation, we ask you to provide the file in advance. This way, the detective can properly read about your case. We also ask you to perform an online ID check. After that, you can easily schedule the consultation yourself.

3. Physical consultation

In the confidential consultation, you will look at the options in your case together with a tactical investigator and, for example, your lawyer. We'll tell you more about how we work and answer all your questions.

4. Customized quote

After the consultation, you will receive a customized quote. Based on this, you decide whether to work with us. After receiving your agreement, we will start preparing for the investigation.

5. Plan of action

To open your investigation, we make an action plan, a risk assessment, conduct explorations and prepare briefings for the investigation teams.

6. Dossier and digital research

Our digital investigators are starting their investigation, the results are bundled into a report that can serve as evidence in court or when reporting it to the police.

7. Interim reporting

Together with your own investigator, you will see whether there is sufficient evidence to go to court or report it to the police or whether additional tactical investigation is necessary.

8. Tactical research

If necessary, our tactical investigators carry out tactical investigations, after which the findings are incorporated into a report that can be deployed in court or when reporting to the police.

9. Completion of research

Before the conclusion of the study, those involved are informed, after which the final report is drawn up and the investigation results are discussed in a final evaluation.
