I am Jan-Paul Kreukniet. From a young age, I have always wanted to help people and make an impact. It started early on with my own entertainment agency in the Benelux, followed by a marketing agency focused on SMEs. However, my interest in investigative work eventually won out.

Years later, when I joined the Dutch National Police as an interim Innovation Consultant via a hackathon, I discovered how (covert) technology and innovation can truly make a difference. Those experiences ignited my passion for justice and my desire to assist people in difficult situations.

After five years with the police, I briefly moved into the corporate sector—working at companies like Coolblue and Blackbear—to broaden my horizons. But I soon realized I was missing what I had valued so much at the police: personal contact and the tangible impact of my work. That is why I earned my Private Investigator certification and, after working as a freelancer for various investigation agencies, decided to start my own: Haagsch Recherchebureau. My agency is built on personal attention, high-quality investigation, secure operations, and continuous innovation.

This allows me and my experienced, diverse team of investigators to always choose the right approach and continue innovating, ensuring that we are not only relevant today but also prepared for the challenges of tomorrow.
