What is waiting for you?

- Je ontvangt een brutosalaris van € 25 tot € 60 per uur afhankelijk van kennis, ervaring en functie.
- Je bouwt ieder jaar een mooi pensioen op met een bruto inleg van € 5 per uur.

What do you have at home?
- Je beschikt over HBO- of WO-werk- en -denkniveau.
- Je kunt goed multitasken en krijgt daar energie van.
- Je hebt (ruime) ervaring in het heimelijke werkveld.
- Je hebt aandacht voor details en een sterk onderbuikgevoel.
- Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B en een eigen auto.
- Je bent bereidt om onregelmatig en 's nachts te werken.
- Je bent in het bezit van het Diploma Particulier Onderzoeker of bereidt dit te behalen.
- Je bent lichamelijk en psychisch fit om de functie goed te kunnen uitvoeren.
Een medische keuring kan onderdeel zijn van de selectieprocedure om je geschiktheid voor het recherchewerk vast te stellen. Hierbij wordt onder andere gekeken naar je lichamelijke en psychische fitheid, conditie, en eventuele medische aandoeningen. Het onderzoek vindt plaats bij PDG Health Services en we ontvangen alleen een 'geschikt/niet geschikt'-uitslag.

Selection procedure
In the selection process, we look at your suitability, get to know you better and test your integrity. The turnaround time of our selection procedure (including screening) is 4 weeks.
1. Acquaintance
In the introductory meeting, we will get to know each other better and tell you more about the industry, our company and what to expect.
2. Online capaciteitentest
In the online assessment, we look at motives, cultural preferences, competences, intelligence, development areas and DISC.
3. Assessment
In the offline assessment, we give you 3 assignments that provide insight into your way of thinking and working in practice.
4. Interview
In the interview, we will delve deeper into your assessment results, your previous work experience, and how you live.
5. Intest*
During the test, we test your driving ability and look at your insight and fitness for the covert field.
6. Integrity statement
By signing the Integrity Statement, you endorse your eligibility. In addition, we verify testimonials.
7. Medical examination*
With the medical examination, we know for sure that you are fit enough to work safely and responsibly for us in challenging circumstances.
8. Yellow pass
By applying for a Certificate of Conduct and Yellow Pass, we can confirm that you have no criminal convictions or police records.
*These sections only apply if you are applying for a tactical position in the field, such as: Tactical Detective and Explorer.
