What are you going to do?
Als Tactisch Rechercheur draai je zelfstandig of in teamverband onderzoeken. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's om zo tot de beste resultaten te komen. Je legt gedragingen van personen vast met behulp van video- en fotografie. Daarnaast installeer en prepareer je cameravoertuigen op locatie en plaats je indien nodig peilbakens op (zakelijke) voertuigen. Je kunt zelfs gebruikmaken van drones om personen onopvallend te kunnen volgen.
Verkenningen uitvoeren behoort ook tot je taken, zodat je collega's veilig en efficiënt kunnen werken. Hierbij maak je gebruik van bijvoorbeeld warmtebeeldcamera's om verdachte activiteiten op te sporen. Bovendien win je informatie in en voer je soms pseudokopen uit. Het rapporteren van je bevindingen in heldere en foutloos geschreven rapportages is een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk.

- Je krijgt ieder jaar een mental check-up, zodat je ook mentaal gezond blijft.
- Je krijgt interne opleidingen om door te groeien tot Senior Tactisch Rechercheur.
- Je komt te werken voor alle soorten opdrachtgevers van particulier tot multinational.

What do you have at home?
- Je beschikt over HBO- of WO-werk- en -denkniveau.
- Je kunt goed multitasken en krijgt daar energie van.
- Je hebt ruime observatie ervaring in het heimelijke werkveld.
- Je hebt aandacht voor details en een sterk onderbuikgevoel.
- Je functioneert goed onder druk, ook als je in aanraking komt met zware criminaliteit.
- Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B en een eigen auto.
- Je bent bereidt onregelmatig en 's nachts te werken.
- Je bent in het bezit van het Diploma Particulier Onderzoeker of bereidt dit te behalen.
- Je bent in het bezit van een observatie diploma, zoals OT-C, OT-B of OT-A of een equivalent.
- Je bent lichamelijk en psychisch fit om de functie goed te kunnen uitvoeren.
- Je woont binnen 60 minuten van Den Haag i.v.m. je aanrijtijd bij een inzet.
Een medische keuring is onderdeel van de selectieprocedure om je geschiktheid voor het recherchewerk vast te stellen. Hierbij wordt onder andere gekeken naar je lichamelijke en psychische fitheid, conditie, en eventuele medische aandoeningen. Het onderzoek vindt plaats bij PDG Health Services en we ontvangen alleen een 'geschikt/niet geschikt'-uitslag.

7. Medical examination*
With the medical examination, we know for sure that you are fit enough to work safely and responsibly for us in challenging circumstances.
8. Yellow pass
By applying for a Certificate of Conduct and Yellow Pass, we can confirm that you have no criminal convictions or police records.
